Payments by cheque, cash or debit card please

       Please note:

• Single Occupancy is given at £20 discount, per room per night.
• A travel cot and highchair are available. A small charge of £5 is made for bedding, if required.
• Rooms are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival (or earlier by pre-arrangement).  Please inform us of your expected time of arrival shortly before your stay.
• Laundry facilities. A small charge may be required.
• Drying room available for coats and boots only.

Please inform us of any extra requirements you may need for that special occasion and we will do our best to accommodate.

Deposits

In order to guarantee your booking a deposit will be required. 

If you do need to cancel your booking then please give 14 days notice in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations will be charged as follows: 
 - Within 14 days of arrival    - 25% of reservation value.
 - Within 48 hours of arrival  - 50% of reservation value.
 - Within 24 hours of arrival  - 100% of reservation value.

The excess of the cancellation charge payable as above, over any deposit paid, is payable on cancellation.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation insurance.  By reserving a room, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
